DAN PRICHARD

Dan is joint founding Director of Buckley Prichard International and holds a BSc Hons. in Real Estate Valuation & Development from the University of the West of England. Dan is key to the marketing and development of BPI day to day. His encyclopaedic knowledge of "the market", its trends, its people and the companies within it gives him an advantage when advising clients and recruitment candidates for job vacancies alike. Having spent 6 years in commercial Leasing and Development in Central London and a further 10 focused entirely on real estate executive search Dan is capable of efficiently head hunting and securing the best talent for his clients. Dan opened the BPI New York office in 2006 and has undertaken senior level property and real estate recruitment and executive search assignments throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
