Patrick graduated Property Estate Management in 1993 and trained as a surveyor, qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995. He worked for 5 years as a surveyor in Asset Management and Agency; leaving the leisure consultancy Fleury Manico in October 1998, to move into real estate search and selection in London. In 2003, he founded Buckley Prichard International with Dan Prichard, taking a major part in developing BPI's track record and brand. During the last 10 years, Patrick has recruited across all sectors of the real estate world at senior managerial and board level for high quality firms, both nationally and internationally. His knowledge and expertise of real estate recruitment, international head hunting and executive search, offers clients huge value in understanding how to identify, secure and retain the very best talent.
