Richard studied Economics at Manchester University and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG London. During his career he has been the Group Finance Director of the Brengreen Group, the Hat Group, the Zal Group and most recently the Ashwell Property Group. With turnovers in the £100m to £500m range, these groups covered many sectors including property, construction, contracting, commodities, transportation and commercial and property services.
As well as his wealth of commercial and accounting experience, Richard has a considerable experience of strategic and business planning, financial appraisals and modelling, raising funds publicly and privately, leading bids (including PFI) and risk management. In addition to his duties with Buckley Prichard International he also provides his services to a range of clients including property development and investment companies and UK investment banks.
