Rita has over 13 years' Executive Search experience within the Planning & Development industries. Prior to joining Buckley Prichard International Rita worked for two leading International Real Estate Search Consultancy's in Central London, resulting in her setting up her own head-hunting company. Having successfully run the company for 3 years, in 2005 Rita was invited to join Buckley Prichard International as Head of Planning & Development. As well as a wealth of recruitment and executive search expertise, Rita has considerable expertise in developing teams, business units and acquisitions and mergers. She has extensive experience working with senior industry leaders and structuring a wide range of complex executive search assignments globally. Rita has an Honours Degree in Architecture from Brighton University and is a recognised Member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation.
