Background: A top three real estate consultant with a diverse Global network of offices had a requirement for a Director Level Head of Property management and valuation to head up the team in Gaborone. The role involved not only the running of the team but also undertaking property investment work providing property development advisory services and office leasing.
Process: The Client approached Buckley Prichard International in London to secure this key role. BPI already had a good understanding of their business elsewhere and has a reputation for undertaking niche assignments globally. BPI took an accurate brief and through market contacts and direct research identified three individuals with a) the skills and b) the personal attributes to undertake the role.
