Background: One of the World's largest real estate investment management firms with an opportunity in their Moscow office for an investment transaction focused property asset management professional with specific knowledge of the Russian real estate environment
Process: An in-depth and focused search and selection process was undertaken, studying the relevant and competing businesses in Russia and mapping out of the CIS region to identify eligible candidates. A succinct advertisement was placed in the relevant media, both in Russia and the wider EU. Applicants who complemented the ongoing research were brought into the interview process. A senior BPI consultant undertook the competency based interview process via telephone and in person presenting two candidates directly to the client with BPI successfully negotiating terms of engagement on their behalf.
