Background: Leading mixed use UK developer had speculatively acquired 5 sites for 1 million sq ft of leisure development. The company needed to hire two Island representatives - one to oversee the development and build process and one to market the finished product across Europe . Both hires had to speak Portuguese.
Process: BPI was recommended to this developer. We met the Group MD to take thorough brief and full instructions. Based on this meeting we recommended an advertised selection campaign. We researched the local markets and devised an advertising/marketing campaign operated from London and Lisbon . We selected and interviewed and presented a short list of 6 accurately selected candidates for each role. Two finalists were selected and BPI successfully negotiated terms of engagement on behalf of the client. |
