FEE

Our pricing is inclusive of an AI-generated PDF "Adverse Media Report" for your final two candidates.
We use a world-leading AI tool that scours the internet for negative stories. This complements and enhances your onboarding process, ensuring you are aware of any public news about the candidate.
We source candidates. Their employment contract is direct with you.

Permanent

Full-time permanent rolesWe charge 20% of the role's annual base salary only. You pay a retainer/deposit of 30% (of our estimated fee) on engaging Buckley Prichard.
The balance is due on the candidate's start date.
The deposit/retainer ensures we are mutually fully committed to the contract we agree and we are fully focused on the search for the very best outcome.
Example:
Base annual salary: £100,000
Non-refundable deposit on engagement: £6,000
Balance on start date:£14,000
(subject to guarantee below)
Total Fee: £20,000 ex VAT
Guarantee: If within 6 months the candidate leaves (redundancy excepted) we will find a replacement candidate within 3 months.
If the replacement is unsatisfactory, we will refund the balance.


Project

Project RolesWe typically find candidates for projects lasting 1 month to 1 year.We charge 12.5% of the role's day rate. You pay a deposit equivalent to one day of engagement.Example: Candidate is hired to work 10 days a month over 3 months
Day Rate: £800
Total Remuneration £24,000
Non-refundable deposit on engagement: £800
Monthly Fee: £733
Total Fee including deposit: £3,000 ex VAT
Guarantee: If within 5 working days, the candidate leaves, we will find a replacement candidate within 1 month.
If the replacement is unsatisfactory, we will waive our fees due (excluding the deposit).
Price cap: Maximum billing 12 months even if the project lasts longer than a year.
Switch to a permanent role within 1 year:
Permanent Role fee less any project fees.

Assignment processBuckley Prichard’s research is fully transparent and shared with our client. Detailed reporting will occur at least weekly if not more regularly, as directed by our client or the process.

Stage 1 - Briefing & research1. Take client briefings - on the job specification and understanding our client, its future strategy and the culture of the business;
2. Take final briefings from our client on their preferred search methodology and approach to advertising;
3. Produce copy for advertising (if applicable);
4. Booking and placing the advert;
5. Production of a long list of target companies from which to research;
6. Research conducted into the target companies for suitable candidates;
7. Market contacts will be utilised to generate further candidate information;
8. Detailed research of BP’s database and LinkedIn’s back office;
9. Production of a detailed working research document including a breakdown of those identified from research, our files and the advert responses.

Stage 2 – Shortlisting1. Review all the research to date with the client. We make recommendations and then agree with our client on a list of targets to research further;
2. We discretely approach identified targets from initial research;
3. We conduct initial interviews;
4. Through confidential discussions and interviews, profiles will be built on each target to select those with relevant skills and experience and genuine interest in the role. Candidate profiles will include our full notes;
5. A shortlist of candidates will be agreed upon;
6. Unsuitable targets will be rejected by us discretely and professionally and in no way prejudicing our client.

Stage 3 - Final interviews, offer & aftercare1. Produce an Adverse Media Report on the final two candidates.
2. Client interviews those candidates short-listed;
3. We will continue to monitor proceedings, preparing and de-briefing before and after interviews;
4. Once an offer has been made to the preferred candidate, we will liaise with both the client and the finalist candidate to ensure that the critical offer and acceptance stage proceeds smoothly;
4. After an offer is accepted, we will continue to track the progress, ensuring individuals are fully briefed and preparing them for any issues arising from resignation, counter offers etc.
